Competitive Price Match Policy
If you receive a quote from us and feel we are too expensive, we welcome the opportunity to compete. Simply submit competitive quotes from other printers asking us to verify and match their price. Because our screen print pricing includes expenses like screen fees, set up and other fees, our per piece pricing may look higher than our competitors on the surface. Be sure to read the fine print and total the complete cost of your competitive quote before submitting for a match.
Customer Supplied Items (CSI)
Upside: Yes, we will embroider or screen print items you supply.
Downside: We charge more for items that are customer supplied because we don’t have the profit from selling you the items direct. We buy items at wholesale and sell them at fantastic pricing and often discount items for larger quantity orders. Items over $50 are often stitched at no extra cost depending on stitch count and work involved to embellish them.
If an item or items are damaged, from the embellishment process, we do not replace them. We will not charge you for them but will make no effort to replace the item or make you whole. When bringing us your items it’s best to bring a few extra in case of damage so you have enough for your team, club etc. when handing them out.
If we have to sew a pocket/zipper or compartment shut to get a logo sewn onto an item it will not be repaired or replaced. Damage is permanent.
All the items in our catalogs are designed for adding your logo or message in a traditional way and placement. Items that you find while shopping or buy on sale because it’s a great deal may not take ink or thread the same way items we sell do.
