Caps, Hats and Beanies
Talk about choices. There are almost too many to choose from. If you go to our promotional items catalog and type in Hat, you will see over 2,650 items. The awesome thing is we can probably come up with what you are looking for or something really close. If you want a cap designed as a one of a kind that nobody else has, be ready to order a minimum of 288 caps. If it’s really cool, be ready for your competition to have one just like it in as little as a few weeks with their logo on it. Most Caps can be purchased by anyone and personalized to your desires by your decorator. Because of the popularity of some caps others want to duplicate the look and there are factories ready to make it happen all over the world. When we order over-seas produced items, it will take 6 to 10 weeks before you see them in your hands if coming by boat or as little as 2-3 weeks if shipped by air. The orders we do overseas are usually items for resale bought in bulk at a price point that can’t be matched here in the states. Most of the caps we decorate on site are also manufactured overseas. If you like it made in the USA, we can make that happen too and there are some great choices.
For those with a favorite cap to wear, I always tell em to bring us one so we can look it up. For those with a small order and big wishes, be ready to spend some money. If you like the 3D puff stitch designs and embellishment in 3 or 4 places on the cap and the bill as well, it can get expensive really quick.
If you are designing a logo for a cap, be aware that there are a few restraints to keep in mind. Most logos cannot be bigger than 2 ¼” tall on the front of a cap. If you have small lettering included be mindful that you may need to make it bigger for it to sew & be read properly.
The majority of the cap jobs we do are corporate logos and most have an embroidered logo front and center on the cap. Prices can range from just under $10.00 to as high as $40 or even more per cap depending on the cap choice and how many stitches are involved to give it the look you are after.
